Pet Health Collective provides educational resources only. Our tools, content, and community are designed to help pet owners track health metrics, understand conditions, and communicate more effectively with veterinary professionals.
Important: PHC does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medical advice. Our tools and resources are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian for your pet’s health needs.

You agree to use Pet Health Collective services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Our tracking tools (Heart Hero, QoL Tracker) store data locally on your device. We do not have access to your health tracking data unless you explicitly share it with us.
If you create an account for community features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Pet Health Collective, including text, graphics, logos, tools, and software, is the property of Pet Health Collective or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use our free tools and download resources for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pet Health Collective services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through our services. Health tracking data and educational content should be used as supplementary information only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Health Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages related to your pet’s health outcomes.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Emergency Situations
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on Pet Health Collective tools or resources in emergency situations.
